Some time ago my grade school son was accused of striking a teacher , meeting with the school staff to avoid suspension my son had a psychologist recommended by the school to find out what's wrong (he did not display this behavior at home) long story short the teacher reporting this bad behavior was physically abusing my son by kicking him in the back , on one occasion he fought back in the same manner which prompted the teacher to use the system to punish him. At the school meeting prior to the school recommended psychologist sessions, the teacher who did this revealed herself and her level of rage by acting very defensive to the embarrassment of the school board members. After this incident I lost all faith and trust in school staff , I felt they knowingly lied about the situation. The details not mentioned by this teacher with other children as victims and witnesses came out in a full report to the school. My son is almost thirty now , but I'll never forget that lying teacher . From what I've seen and heard across the country and the corruption going on with school officials and the wasting of funds they deserve to lose their collective bargaining rights. Please post your experiences with out of control school staff , and always question school authorities for the facts. If your kid's school calls you and says your kid hit a teacher and the police were not called something is already wrong.

I have a 19 year old son who works at MacDonalds and earns a really rubbish wage because there aren't many shifts for him, he sleeps at his girlfriends house most of the time and comes home to sleep maybe once a week. I recently resigned from a job which I had keys for. So I sent them through USPS in a small envelope (I know, I shouldn't have, but I did it before reading you shouldn't and should rather use a menela padded envelope as these are hand sorted) and my ex boss said he received an empty envelope (did not state how the envelope was) and also said if he has to change the locks he has to change 100 at $8.00 each. So I'm assuming they either got lost from the envelope tearing while going through the sorting machine or someone stole them, which is very slim as only 2 people would have came into contact with them as it is automated, the person picking it up, who didn't because my family knows him and the person delivering it. My question is, am I liable for the loss even though a third party delivered it? Can they send me the bill, and do I have to pay it? Can they bring me to court? Could they some how make a claim with the post office and get compensated?

AWOL from basic training?

Im a 23 year old female. I joined the army and during week 4 of training while i was in the gas chamber i was struck in the chest multiple times by the drill sgts. For the following next few days i went to sick call and complained of chest pains pressure the whole shebang. Anyhowm everytime i went they gave me medicine for allergies because apparently fort jackson is known for pollen. So one night i could no longer bare it i was on the floor screaming in pain and buzzing the drill sgts with no answer. I set off the alarms and ran downstairs banging on the ds door and he came out cursing and yelling. He eventually brought me to the hospital and i sat in a chair for 11 hrs before a doctor even saw me. he again prescribed ibuprofen and clairitin and i begged for bloodwork. he agreed, withing 45 minutes i was in an ambulance off post where i stayed for 5 days. I had damage consistent with a heartattack and a cardiac contusion (bruise on my heart) myocarditis. I also had Supraventricular tachycardias while i was in the hospital. So when i was discharged the army sent me home on 30 days con leave. When i got back my company was about to graduating i was forced to do everything with them although i wasnt feeling up to it and i was not training. i had to do shitty details but nothing compared to when we got switched over to the holdover company. We were in the scorching heat painting sweeping the concrete policing the hills it was ridiculous from sun up to sun down we were working. One day i had BAD chest pain so i went to sick call. Although i was on a dead mans profile and although i was awaiting a discharge and i told her of my pains and previous history she took me off profile and sent me on my way with an icepack and ibuprofen. when i got back to the company i snapped, i put on my civilians and took off running. Ive now been home for almost 45 days. Im scared to go back because i dont want jailtime, what should i do?

Hello. Sounds like you have a stomach bug. There's really not much you an do, except wait for it to run its course. That can take a week to 10 days. You should only be eating bland foods like soup, toast, crackers, pudding, applesauce, etc. Eating foods like lasagna and McDonalds probably just made things worse. Hi, this last week i've joined the gym and been heavily researching on the Sport, the Diets etc and i think ive got a solid plan but i want confirmation so that it works. Im an 18 Year old guy standing at 6ft 5 (195cm) and weigh ~86kg, im looking to put on muscle without adding too much fat (i know its not gonna be no fat but minimal would be best so i dont have to cut as long) Im training 4 days a week as of next week (last week went 3 to introduce myself) doing a split routine and 5x5 training with warmup sets. I've worked out about 4000 calories a day to gain maybe 400 less on rest days depending on how busy I am, but my total exercise is the gym + walking to and from class/work, and work is walking roughly 2-3 hours solid. Ive built up a diet that is pretty clean and ive stuck to it perfectly past week, it includes Oatmeal,LF Yoghurt, Wholemeal Toast, Chicken, Lean Red Meat, Salmon, Brown Rice, Potatoes, large amounts of vegetables, Whey Protein, Skim Milk, Peanut Butter, Avocado's, Bananas, and some Powerade some days while i train. Im fairly confident this is a clean diet and i have split my eating up into 6-7 times daily 3 big meals (BF,Lunch,Din) and 3 smaller meals (pre/post w/o, pre bed, snacks). if i continue with this should i see some lean mass gains? Cheers peeps :) P.S. is it okay to have the occasional cheat meal if im out with friends, so long as i try to keep the fatty foods out etc ill have subway or nandos or sumthing rather than macdonalds which i dont really eat anyway (maccas, hj's are a huge turn off for me)

Just use your ACT score and you'll be good. Trust me. For you subject test, most schools require (or recommend) you to submit only 2 scores: a math and a science. Your Math II and Bio E scores will definitely suffice for this. I truly don't think you need to retake any, but if you decide to, work on your 2 subject test scores and see if you can get closer to the 800 mark.

The other day I had a date with a guy a friend set me up with. He was really nice and cute and overall a good person. He is however very shy. I have been doing research on problems that have developed over the years from my poor gait. What I'm finding is that it is common for knees to lean inward when pronation is present and to lean outward when supination is present. However, I tend to supinate excessively and to compensate my knees have twisted inward. When I stand with my feet straight ahead, my knees both point inward at almost a perfect 45-degree angle. This condition is causing knee pain and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to get into and out of a squat. I am 37 and overweight by about 40 pounds. So the guy i like just came to our school at the very beginning of the year. When I first saw him, I thought he was really cute and I liked him. Why are Mexicans from Mexico so rude to others?

I have noticed that when you go into an establishment such as a tacqueria or even a department store that has a lot of Mexicans from Mexico working there they go out of their way to be rude to non Mexicans. They will be as nice as pie to the customer in front of you while they are all talking Spanish and then once you come to their line their demeanor totally changes. The worst place I have seen this is at MacDonald's. It is unfortuante that MacDonald's seems to employ ONLY non English speaking workers from Mexico and the women have a particularly strong attitude towards non Spanish speakers. One last item of note, and something I have discussed with my Mexican American friends is that Mexicans from Mexico are very rude and hostile towards American born Mexicans. So why is this? It seems that as long as we are not being rude to them they could show some courtesy towards us since they are in our country and not the other way around.

I need help with my dad making me do martial arts?

Your yearling sounds exactly like mine did. He is a rescue and had very bad manners. It was to the point that we could not even go into the pasture. One time he reared up and came down on my husbands shoulders and nearly killed him. In January one of my horses coliced. When the vet came out to see him, Rocket was up to his old trick. He was really showing out. So when he took my colicky horse to his hospital, I sent Rocket along too thinking that gelding him would do the trick. WRONG! So I went to my local coop and ask this lady that worked there if she knew of someone who could take him and teach him some manners that wouldn't break me. That afternoon a young man called and told me that not only was he a trainer, but also a farrier. Rocket's feet looked horrible and he refused to stand for the farrier. So I let this young man take him to his farm for three weeks. He worked with him every day and when he brought him home, I thought it was someone else's horse. He is now very calm, stands for the farrier, no longer bites or kicks. I have had a life-long affiliation with horses, but to this day I don't know how to get them to behave, at least with situations such as this one. I strongly suggest you find someoone who has experience with yearlings and send him for some lessons in good manners. Believe me, you will never be sorry for doing this, you will be very thankful. What rights do i have as a house sharer?

Ok let me start off by saying this, for 16 years of my life i was pretty much 100 percent sure that i was straight, i had probably thirty different crushes on girls over the years and one massive one that iv had for about 2 years. Once i found out that MS symptoms can be almost anything i suddenly started getting blurry vision and weird aches, tinglings and loss of sensation on various places around my body. Can someone please give me a hint to whats going on with me and if im turning gay, bi curious or just have a penis fetish?

Why do MacDonalds & Burger King require us to eat faecal matter?

It is well known that you pick up all manner of disgusting material on your hands when you are in town from door handles, rails, coins, etc but if you decide to eat at MacDonalds or Burger King you discover that they provide no hand-wash station yet they expect you to eat with your fingers. If you challenge the staff they will point you to the toilets. Guess what? The door on the toilets always opens inwards! So by pulling on the handle you are relying on everyone who has used that place having washed their hands! Not a good idea, I think! But I have seen many a food court in a third world country with facilities for handwashing within the dining area. Isn't it time that the MacDonalds and Burger Kings stopped asking us to eat crap?

First there's a green bar, then I get that fixed, and it squishes the video, which is 16:9, to 4:3, and compensates by filling the rest of the 16:9 aspect ratio with black bars, then I get that fixed and there's no sound. It's just one thing after another with this trash program.
