Should I drive to Macdonalds?

im hungry and we have nothing at home to eat i have a learners permit and thought i can drive legally without a license i know how to drive. and mcdonalds is right around the house, my dads asleep and i'd use my own car so i dont see want so bad about it if i do but should . the macdonalds is at the most 5 mins away from my house.
