What's the best school for a Hair design program in Vancouver/lower mainland?

I'm Graduating in September (9 months early) and I'd like to start figuring out what school i want to go to. Originally i looked into the the Blanche Macdonald institute but it has horrible reviews about how you don't learn much for what you're paying. I was thinking John Casablanca's but I'm not sure.. Do any of you know any hair schools located in the lower mainland area?
