I'm 160, 5 8, 21 and male. I always eat a lot of healthy and even junk food during the morning and the afternoon. I usually don't eat a lot during night. However, I also do a lot of exercises. For example, I ate like 3 serving of chips yesterday and today, but I also ran like 3-4 miles yesterday. Also, I'm planning to exercise today. But I was worrying my health that I'm eating too much bad food and that the exercise might not be enough to compensate my health.
