Is it possible to find a job in Puerto Rico if i don't speak Spanish?

I'm 29 year old guy, im a musician, and I will be moving there in December, and i figure if i am unable to establish a network of friends or find any job opportunities in eight weeks, i will leave and return home to Australia. But i am not sure if i am being fair on myself. I don't know if eight weeks is enough time to give Puerto Rico a chance for finding a job, likewise i don't know whether i will be rejected by even Macdonalds for employment in Puerto Rico simply because my resume is in english. Yes, i am doing this all for a woman. Believe me, i wish it was her coming to Australia, but due to logistics of studying and circumstances, its gotta be me going there....and i have no idea what PR is like for dumb blonde Australian guys like me...will the Puerto Ricans reject me, especially for not speaking Spanish??
